Our “Intro to Pole” courses are designed for absolute beginners, regardless of your age, size or previous fitness experience. In this course you will learn of of the basics of pole dance and fitness including basic choreography, grip techniques including climbs as well as spins and combinations.
The course is 8 weeks long and we aim to run a least one per term. Our next term begins the week commencing 3rd March. Places are limited so we advise joining our waitlist for classes which you can do using the form below to be the first to hear about any future courses and offers which we have.
